Our e-bikes can support a range from 30 to 70+ miles on a single charge depending on the model, terrain and level of pedal assist used.

The Pioneer Plus and Pacer Plus utilize 2 batteries for a 70+ mile range while the Pioneer, Pacer Lite and Voyager have a single battery and can support a range of 30-50 miles.

Dirwin e-bikes ship as class 2 or 3, so you do not need a license to operate one!

The Pioneer series is our flagship Fat Tire E-Bike while the Pacer is our Commuter E-Bike series.

- Fat Tire ebikes (Pioneer) have more stability, comfort and torque (750W 80Nm torque) compared to commuter ebikes due to the wide surface area of the all terrain tires and powerful motors.

- The Pacer series being a commuter E-Bike is lighter (66lbs compared to Pioneer's 75lbs), has thinner tires (27." x 2.2" compared to Pioneer's 26" x 4") and has higher top speed (26-28MPH) but lower torque/acceleration than the Pioneer (500W w/ 1000W peak compared to 750W).

Both bikes are great for long distance rides and carrying your deliveries - It's just a matter of which style you prefer more.

Dirwin e-bikes require minor assembly (est. 30 minutes or less) out of the box (have to assemble handlebars, front wheel, pedals, front light, front fender). When you make your purchase using Splitit, you are charged for your first installment straight away. Subsequent installments are automatically taken on this date each month.

At the same time, an authorization (hold) is also taken for the whole outstanding amount of your plan. This is to guarantee payments to the retailer or merchant. An authorization (hold) for the full outstanding amount must remain in place for the duration of your plan as a guarantee of future payments. To ensure this, authorizations are renewed every 18-21 days and reduce with each instalment payment made, gradually getting smaller and smaller.

The only charges that appear on your credit card bill will be the monthly installment payments.

3 things you need to know before deciding whether Splitit credit card installment payments is right for you:

1. An authorization for the full outstanding amount of your purchase will be held during the full plan period as a guarantee of payments to the merchant. This amount will reduce as each installment payment is made

2. You must maintain sufficient available credit on your credit card for the full outstanding amount of your purchase during the period of the plan

3. We never charge interest or fees, even if you pay late. However, your credit card issuer may charge you interest on the amounts charged to your credit card unless you pay your credit card balance in full each month
